• Trustworthiness: You are dependable, punctual, and committed to providing a safe environment for every child in your care.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: You can provide clear updates to parents and build a great rapport with kids of all ages.

• Proactive Mindset: You don’t just watch; you participate—planning activities, outings, and educational fun.

• Background & Logistics: Previous experience (babysitting, camp counseling, or teaching) is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus for reaching various local assignments.
