About The Family:

We are a busy, professional family seeking a dedicated nanny to support our children's routine and development. While Mom works from home, she travels for work approximately 14 weeks out of the year. We value open communication and a nanny who can seamlessly integrate into our family's rhythm.
 

Responsibilities:

  • School Year Childcare: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM (morning school drop-off; Mom handles pick-up).

  • Full-Time Days: Two full-time days per week (Tuesday & Thursday).

  • Driving: Safely transport children as needed, comfortable using either a personal or family car (family has a car available for use).

  • Engaging Activities: Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to foster development and fun. Mom supports activities and prefers to be involved in scheduling; a family calendar is available for planning.

  • Light Housekeeping: Contribute to light housekeeping tasks related to the children.

  • Behavioral Support: Positively encourage good behaviors and comfortably enforce set boundaries.

  • Communication: Communicate with Mom via text as needed, assuming Mom is not physically present even when working from home.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a nanny or similar childcare role.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Comfortable driving children in personal or family vehicle.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to plan and execute engaging activities.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for working with children.

  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to a long-term position.
